The Triple-Lock valve mechanism is designed to hold without re-pumping — a feature unique to Hobby-Sparks. Many customers report seals lasting 24+ months, especially when stored away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
No. Our bags are compatible with all standard household vacuum cleaners — upright, canister, cordless, and handheld models. Every bag ships with a hand pump adapter as well, so if you're packing a suitcase before a flight, no vacuum is needed at all.
For most fabrics: no. Natural fibres (cotton, linen, wool, down) compress and recover without damage. We advise against long-term compression of high-end suits, structured jackets, or delicate knitwear — use our garment bags or closet organizers for those. Always fold, never stuff, to avoid permanent crease marks.
We carry five sizes: Small (40×60cm, ideal for scarves and small knitwear), Medium (60×80cm, t-shirts and light layers), Large (80×100cm, jeans and sweatshirts), XL (100×120cm, jackets and thick sweaters), and Jumbo (120×150cm, duvets, pillows, and winter coats). Multi-size value packs are also available.
The House Kit contains: 20× double-wall corrugated boxes in four sizes, 2× heavy-duty packing tape dispensers with 6 rolls, 1× mattress bag (Queen or King), 4× wardrobe boxes with metal hanging bars, bubble wrap (25m), and our 16-page move planner booklet. The Apartment Kit is a scaled-down version for 1-2 bedroom moves.

We offer a 60-day no-questions return on all unopened products. For opened vacuum bags, if the seal fails within the guarantee period (18 months), we'll replace the affected bags free of charge. Simply photograph the defective seal and email our support team. Moving box returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused.
We're working on it. Our vacuum bags are made from recyclable PE film — they can be dropped off at participating plastic film recycling points. Our moving boxes are made from 80% post-consumer recycled fibre and are fully compostable. By 2026 we're targeting 100% recycled material across our full product range.
